Zeke joined Covington Associates in 2008 to expand the firm's presence in the technology sector. Over the last decade, he has worked primarily with middle-market and growth companies and has executed numerous M & A and public/private equity and debt financings across several verticals including financial services, healthcare, and industrials.
Background
Prior to joining Covington, Zeke worked at America's Growth Capital where he was responsible for developing and executing M & A and private placement transactions for companies within the software and services space. Previously, he worked at middle-market investment banking platforms such as Broadview and Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown. Zeke has extensive industry expertise within financial technology, enterprise software, business services, and healthcare IT. He began his professional career as an engineer at General Electric.Zeke received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and his MBA from The Wharton School of Business.
Personal
Zeke lives in Boston with his wife. He enjoys horseback riding and is a competent participant of Mexican style rodeo.
