Since joining Covington Associates in early 2000, Mike has worked on numerous successful engagements for public and private companies in the healthcare, consumer & industrial, and business services sectors. As a Director, Mike is responsible for originating and executing strategic advisory engagements involving mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, buy-outs and financings.
Background
Prior to joining Covington, Mike worked as a management consultant for Camp, Dresser & McKee Inc., where he focused on providing advisory services and financial evaluations to domestic and foreign municipalities. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Harvard College.

Mike lives in Manchester-by-the-Sea with his wife, two children, and dog Walter. He played varsity football at Harvard and spends most of his free time complaining about Boston sports teams.
