Prior to joining Covington, Kristine was a Director at Fleet M & A Advisors, a division of Fleet Securities, Inc. where she represented both public and private companies in strategic advisory and capital raising transactions. Previously, she was a Vice President at BancBoston Robertson Stephens where she specialized in executing strategic advisory transactions in the real estate, consumer, and industrial growth sectors. Kristine began her investment banking career as a member of BankBoston's Corporate Finance Group where she worked on syndicated loan, private placement and advisory transactions.

Kristine received her BBA in business and finance, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She also completed the Wertheim Schroder & Co. Analyst Investment Banking Program in New York and the Robertson Stephens Associate Investment Banking Program in San Francisco. Kristine lives in Newton, MA with her husband and daughter. She enjoys SCUBA diving, skiing, running and exploring the world with her daughter.
