Prior to joining Covington, John worked as an analyst in Merrill Lynch's Industrial Group in New York. At Merrill Lynch, he was involved in a variety of transactions including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings of debt, equity, and convertible securities. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International Business from Penn State University. John lives in Boston and is an avid fan of both the Red Sox and Patriots. He enjoys spending his free time at Lake Winnipesaukee with his family. Occasionally, he makes a trip back to his alma mater, Penn State, for a football game.
