Boston, MA — December 15 — Zeke Navar recently joined Covington Associates as a Principal to expand Covington's presence and offerings in technology investment banking. Over the last decade, Zeke has worked primarily with middle-market and growth companies and has executed numerous M & A and public/private equity and debt financings and has extensive industry expertise and contacts within the financial technology, enterprise software, business services, and healthcare IT sectors. He has completed transactions for Checkpoint Systems, EMC, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Oracle, SunGard, and Symantec. Prior to joining Covington, Zeke worked at America's Growth Capital where he was responsible for developing and executing M & A and private placement transactions for companies within the software and services space. Previously, he held positions at middle-market investment banks Broadview and Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown. Zeke began his professional career as a project engineer at General Electric. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business.
