Boston, MA — November 15, 2005 — Covington Associates LLC announced today that it acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to the Innovent Special Products Group ("Innovent") of Amescor Acquisition Corporation ("Amescor") in its sale to Standex International Corporation (NYSE: SXI). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

With manufacturing facilities in Peabody, MA and the Netherlands, Innovent manufactures processing tooling critical to the manufacture of absorbent cores for child and adult diapers, feminine hygiene products and medical underpads. The Innovent Special Products Group will be integrated into Standex's Engraving Group, which is a world leader in providing textures to a variety of tooling and processing equipment used in the manufacture of consumer goods and industrial products.

According to Robin Rankin, President of Amescor, "We were delighted by the cooperative environment of the sale process and are confident that Standex will provide the best growth opportunity for the Innovent Special Products Group and its employees."
